I've had Cove since 2021, had to be on the economy plan because I couldn't pay for the equipment up front. Well over the years, the monthly rate has gone up and then they added a $3 convenience fee if you don't use ACH. I contacted customer service and chatted with Leika who was extremely helpful. Since I've been a customer for over 36 months, they were able to drop the monthly rate. Great experience overall and I have yet to be disappointed.
